Nightwalk through Skulpturengarten

Postcard from Franconia No. 469

Nightwalk through Skulpturengarten

Erlangen’s Burgberggarten was created in 1972 from the merger of four older gardens and today covers an area of about 30,000 m². In 1982 it was redesigned as a sculpture garden. In the extensive grounds are 17 large sculptures by Heinrich Kirchner, who was a famous artist from Erlangen.
